5. Will your bank service the loan or another company?

6. What are your escrow requirements?

7. If the interest rate drops during the lock-in period, will I be able to obtain a lower rate loan? How long is the lock-in period? 

8. How long will it take for the loan approval process to take place?

9. How long does it take to close the loan? What will be the estimated closing costs?

10. Are there any fees or penalties if I satisfy the loan before the term?
